Audio Work
For this assignment, we were tasked with creating a five-minute audio-based story which included dialogue from three different people, as well as a variety of ambient noise and sound effects. I utilized a variety of different microphones to capture dialogue from my script and recorded all of the ambient noise and sound effects myself. Once I had those, the final product was edited within Adobe Audition, and required me to cut out bits and pieces of audio to include in the final product, make sure that everything was the proper levels of sound, and ensure the final product reached a specific amount of time. Overall, I thought this was one of the best assignments to help practice with Adobe Audition and showcase my skills with the software.
